Description:
Trip to Heron Park, in Berlin, and other Worcester County locations to look for late ducks and early migrants. We’ll start with a walk in Heron Park (formerly Berlin Falls Park) and depending on the weather and what is being reported, we will explore the Ocean City area, and/or Assateague. Sturdy shoes are recommended as we will be on a dirt/grass road in the park. Meet at Ward Museum parking lot at 7:30 a.m. or parking lot at Heron Park at 8:15. Bring lunch, snacks, drinks and if you have a National Parks Pass bring for free entry into Assateague.
