Colombia, South America by Allen R. Lewis.
Allen has visited Colombia on three different trips since the mid 90’s. He will introduce us to a country which is much more than one of the world’s best bird-watching destinations. Allen grew up in the Finger Lakes area of western New York State. Upon completing graduate school, he worked for thirty years as a professor of biology at the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez. Subsequent to retirement, Allen and wife Laurie moved to Maryland where their children and grandchildren settled. Also, they became active members of the Howard County Bird Club.
