Description:
Waggoner’s Gap has a nice view off each side of the ridge. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the ridge, which has a few rocky spots. If the wind is right, we should see Red Tail Hawks, Red-Shoulder Hawks, Northern Harrier, Bald Eagle, and Possible Golden Eagle and Rough-Legged Hawks. Meet at 7:00 AM at the Park & Ride on Rt. 97 just south of Rt 32. We will carpool from there. This is a six to eight hours trip, depending on when we decide to leave. Leader is Tom Miller.
