Research project reports are usually in the form of a poster presentation during the convention wine and cheese reception on Saturday evening. Convention attendees mill about the reception room and ask presenters to explain their research project, question or hypothesis, methods, and results. The reception is informal and lasts usually one and half hours to two hours.
