Allegany & Garrett Counties’ Bird Club

A Chapter of the Maryland Ornithological Society serving Allegany and Garrett Counties since 2006.

The Allegany and Garrett Counties’ Bird Club is for people interested in promoting conservation and birding in Allegany and Garrett Counties in Maryland, and beyond. Activities include field trips, bird walks, meetings with presentations, seasonal bird counts and censuses, and more. All activities are open to the public at no charge.

The Allegany & Garrett Counties’ Bird Club welcomes all who are interested in our local birdlife. The membership year runs from September to August, and membership dues are payable annually by September 30 for renewing members. New members may join at any time in the year; if on or after Mar 1, the dues for the remainder of that year are ½ of the annual dues.

Allegany-Garrett Membership - Individual
$25 for membership September 1 - August 31.
Allegany-Garrett Membership - Household
$30 for membership September 1 - August 31.
Allegany-Garrett Membership - Junior (under age 18)
$10 for membership September 1 - August 31.
Allegany-Garrett Membership - Affiliated
$5 for membership September 1 - August 31. Membership for those who are members of another, primary MOS chapter.
